Shipping

We offer secure and reliable shipping options for deliveries across India:

  • Standard / Express Parcel Delivery

  • Freight Delivery (applicable for heavier or bulk orders such as devices or multiple items)

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of all Bionii products.

Delivery Timeline

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Once shipped, the estimated delivery timeline is:

  • 3 to 7 working days across India

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, local holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics delays. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS along with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order and delivery location.

  • ₹50 to ₹250 (Pan India, depending on weight and location)

  • Final shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation

We aim to keep shipping costs reasonable while ensuring safe handling of your products.

Delivery Coverage

Bionii currently delivers to most cities, towns, and serviceable rural areas across India.
If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, our team will contact you to offer alternative solutions or issue a full refund.

Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment options:

  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)

  • Net Banking

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment in real time.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact our support team.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays or regional disruptions

  • Courier partner delays

In such cases, we will keep you informed and provide timely updates on your order status.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Address changes may only be possible before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, address modifications cannot be made.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery:

  • The order may be subject to a restocking fee, determined on a case-by-case basis

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Lost or Stolen Packages

Bionii is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier partner.

If your order shows delivered but has not been received, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or building security

  • Contacting the courier service directly

Please inform us so we can assist in coordinating with the courier partner.

Return Request Window

Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days.

Please note:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrectly delivered

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we may hold the order until all items are available for dispatch.

If you prefer partial shipping, please contact our support team. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Import Duties and Taxes

Bionii currently ships within India only.
In the event of future international shipping, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
