At Binndi Incense, we take great care in crafting and dispatching thoughtfully made incense products. Each order is packed with attention to quality and safety. However, if you experience a genuine issue with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligible Return & Exchange Conditions
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:
1. Incorrect Product Delivered
If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
2. Damaged Product Upon Delivery
If your incense products arrive damaged due to handling or transit.
To request a return or exchange under these conditions, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by contacting our support team. Kindly share:
Your order number
Clear images or videos of the product and outer packaging
A brief description of the issue
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will confirm the return or exchange. The product must be shipped back to us within 14 days of confirmation.
In the case of an exchange, the replacement product will be dispatched after we receive the returned item.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Minor variations in colour, texture, or fragrance due to natural ingredients and handcrafted processes
Personal preference regarding scent strength or fragrance profile after delivery
Change of mind after purchase
Products that have been used, burned, altered, or damaged after delivery
Please ensure that approved return items are unused, unburnt, and in their original packaging.
Refund Policy
If your return request is approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at checkout (UPI, net banking, or card)
Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as a wrong or damaged item).
Exchange Process
For approved exchanges, we will:
Dispatch the replacement product once the returned item is received and verified
Cover the reshipping charges in cases of incorrect or damaged delivery
We request customers to package returned items securely to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping Instructions
Once your return request is approved, we will share detailed return instructions, including the return address.
You may be asked to ship the item using a trackable courier service
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part
