Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 working days across India, depending on your location.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we deliver to most cities, towns, and serviceable rural areas across India through trusted logistics partners.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery in real time.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges range between ₹50 and ₹250, based on order weight and delivery location. The final amount is shown at checkout.
What if my order is delayed?
Occasional delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues. We’ll keep you informed if there are any updates to your delivery timeline.
Returns & Exchanges
What items are eligible for return or exchange?
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for incorrect or damaged products, subject to verification.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery with your order details and clear images of the product and packaging.
How long do I have to return a product?
Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of confirmation.
Are used or opened products eligible for return?
No. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
When will I receive my refund?
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, net banking, and major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and RuPay.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on Bionii orders.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
What if my payment fails but the amount is deducted?
If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount is usually refunded automatically within a few working days.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order is placed successfully, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
